Stress shrinks our brains and affects our thinking – it’s like losing 15 IQ points! So, if you’re constantly working under pressure, is stress getting in the way of you and your team doing your best work?

• How can you change the effect that stress has on your body, your mind and even your longevity?
• What tools can you use to take control of your stress.
